When to choose it

When your content is strong and short and you don't want anything to distract from it. Open spacing and no strong color keep the eye on job titles and numbers. It is one column and reads without trouble on job sites and in ATS software; skills appear as plain tags without levels. It is the main template of our nurse sample and a safe choice for anyone who wants a clean one-page resume.

When to pick another one

If you have a lot of experience and the resume runs to two pages, the open spacing fills the page quickly; Compact keeps the same simplicity with more room. And if you want to stand out among dozens of resumes, the low color does not help; Modern or Executive does that better.
