Swiss resume template

Inspired by Swiss design: a big name, thin black rules and the dates of each role in their own column beside it, so your timeline reads at a glance.

This template at a glance

  • One column
  • Reads well in ATS software
  • Photo optional, and you can move it

When to choose it

When you want the order of your jobs to be clear without reading. A big name sits at the top over a thick black rule; each section title has a small colored square in the side column, and the dates of each job are bold in their own column. Skills are plain boxed tags without levels. It is a single column that ATS software reads correctly. Our data analyst sample is shown in this template first.

When to pick another one

If you have a long history: the date column and side headings narrow the text, and the resume reaches page two sooner. If your job titles or company names are very long, the large type breaks them across lines. And if you want to show skill levels, this template does not print them.

Every template lets you choose colors, fonts, photo and section order, and you can switch templates at any time without losing anything.
